Bike-a-Palooza schedule for the day:
10:00AM – event check-in and registration
If you have pre-registered, pick up your wristband and confirm your ride group.
If you are registering on the day, we’ll collect some information to help place you in the right ride group.
All registrations will be entered into the raffle which will be drawn at 1:15PM – once all ride groups have returned to base. You can also purchase additional raffle tickets for $5 per ticket.
10:15 – 10:45AM – check in with one of our mechanic tents (hosted by Bear Valley Bicycles and Mountain Aloha MTB CO), visit with trail stewardship groups Bear Valley Trail Stewardship, and our event sponsor, the Arnold Rim Trail Association. You can also visit with Bear Valley Resort to find out more about their exciting developments this summer!
10:45AM – ride groups will be gathered and introduced to your Ride Leader.
11:00 – 11:15AM – staggered departures for ride groups. Our “spicy” groups will depart first, with our “mild” groups bringing up the rear.
RIDE TIME! Enjoy the dogwoods and fresh tacky trails. Check out the most recent trail developments and soak up the scenery.
While the ride groups are out, the grassy area at The Bistro Espresso will be setup for our young riders to cruise some fun features and prepare for their future mountain biking adventures!
12:30 – 1:15PM – ride groups will return to base where Bistro Espresso will have their Backyard BBQ open for lunch and cool beverages (available for purchase).
1:15PM – once all ride groups have returned, we’ll draw our raffle which includes incredible prizes from OARS Adventure Company, Dirt Series Mountain Bike Camps, and SNAC!
2:00PM – say goodbye to your new trail buddies and make plans to ride again soon! Thanks for your support!
