Seeking Public Input!

The Arnold Rim Trail Association (ARTA) has launched an online survey to gather community input for the development of a Master Plan for the Arnold Rim Trail.  ARTA is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization dedicated to the development, maintenance, and promotion of the Arnold Rim Trail, a premier non-motorized, multi-use recreational trail system located in the scenic central Sierra Nevada Mountains.

ARTA is inviting all residents, visitors, and other stakeholders to share their thoughts and suggestions on the future development of the trail.  The survey is accessible through ARTA Community Survey.   It should take less than five minutes and all responses will be considered in the master planning process.

“The community’s voice is crucial in shaping the future of the Arnold Rim Trail,” said Steve Lauterbach, chairperson of the Arnold Rim Trail Association. “We encourage everyone who enjoys and values this incredible natural resource to participate in the survey and help us further develop a trail system that benefits all.”

The Arnold Rim Trail offers a unique experience for hikers, bikers, and horseback riders, winding through the mid-elevation forests of the Stanislaus National Forest. This master plan aims to address the future recreational needs and desires of the trail users and surrounding communities for years to come.
