Arnold Rim Trail Association is hosting our 2nd “Run the Rim” trail run event on Sunday, May 31, 2026 for people to enjoy the natural beauty of the spectacular Arnold Rim Trial.
Your participation directly supports the Arnold Rim Trail Association non-profit ongoing efforts to develop and maintain this treasured trail system, ensuring it remains a pristine outdoor recreation destination for hikers, trail runners, mountain bikers, and equestrians for generations to come. Trail for Everyone…Forever!!
2026 you can choose from 5 distances from 50k to 5k on primarily single track trails; 2 distances added: 50k Ultra Marathon distance and 5k trail run. There is also the Classic Arnold Rim Trail 35k (22 miles) that runs end to end on official Arnold Rim Trail post 100 to Post 1. 2 improved loops courses for 21k (half marathon) and 10 distances. 50k, 35k and 21k are mainly single track trails that wind through majestic pine, fir, and cedar forests with breathtaking vistas. 10k and 5k circle White Pines Lake and include great single track trails.
RUN START TIMES
TIME LIMIT
9 hour time limit for the race. All runners must be off the course by 5:00 PM.
Capacity: 2026 race capacity is 150 runners across all distances
Timing: Race will be timed by our partners OnYourMark Events.

Race Morning Sunday March 31st @ White Pines Park
50K, 35K: 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM (Shuttle to start at 7:30 AM sharp)
21K, 10K, 5K: 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM
RACE START AND FINISH DIRECTIONS
50k and 35k start: Shuttle provided to start at Fullen Road Arnold Rim Trail Post 100 Access Point
21K, 10k and 5k start: White Pines Park
All race distances finish at White Pines Park.
White Pine Park Address: 1965 Blagen Rd, Arnold, Ca (corner of Blagen Rd. and Dunlap Rd.
Parking: Parking at Hazel Fisher Elementary School parking lot – Dunlap Rd, Arnold, CA
Directions: Highway 4, left turn Blagen Road, left turn Dunbar Rd.
POST RACE
Post race food will be offered by Pizza Factory starting at 11 am. We will aim to accommodate veggie and options for runners and volunteer. Share your requests at info@arnoldrimtrail.org. We will also offer a selection of sweet and salty snacks and fresh fruit.
DOG POLICY
Dogs are allowed both within White Pines Park and on Arnold Rim Trail. Pups must be on leash at all times in White Pines Parks. You may run with your dog on leash, and must start at the back of the pack and allow all other runners to proceed before starting.
